Job Objective

As a Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for the technical management of multiple simultaneous projects, from the pre-project phase to final delivery. You design custom machinery and conveyor systems tailored to client needs. You ensure smooth communication between the sales department, suppliers, the production workshop, and our on-site installation teams.

 

Key Missions and Responsibilities

· Project Management: Taking charge of industrial projects from feasibility studies to on-site handover.

· Engineering & Design: Developing special machinery and conveyor systems adapted to client specifications.

· Technical Drawing: Creating 3D layouts (buildings and systems), detailed plans, manufacturing drawings, and assembly diagrams.

· Site Measurements: Traveling independently to client sites for dimension measurements and technical environment analysis.

· Client & Partner Relations: Providing technical follow-up with the client (layout, functionalities) and coordinating with partners (paint booth suppliers, welding robots, ovens, etc.).

· Technical Purchasing: Consulting and interfacing with suppliers for specific components (pneumatics, motorization, etc.).

· Documentation Management: Updating and archiving manufacturing files, production drawings, and technical documentation.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Higher technical degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in mechanical engineering / industrial design (or equivalent experience level).

· Experience: Significant professional experience in a similar role within an engineering or mechanical design office.

· Software: Proven proficiency in 3D CAD (ideally Autodesk AutoCAD / Inventor) and office tools (MS Office).

· Affinity: Strong interest in industrial automation and material handling systems.

· Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, ability to manage stress, and versatility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory (knowledge of another language is an asset).
